Part-Time Administrator, Lincoln
ABC Recruitment are currently recruiting for a driven administrator to join established Lincoln based Physiotherapy clinic.
Applicants must have excellent computer literacy skills as successful candidates will be responsible for booking appointments electronically, creating patient databases, managing patient referrals, updating treatment data on third party portals and maintaining online diaries & records on our Private Practice Software (PPS). You should also be proficient in the use of Excel as you will be required to enter data on to spreadsheets on a daily basis.
A friendly, professional manner with a motivated attitude to grow in the role/company and the ability to provide good customer service both face to face and over the telephone is crucial. The position also requires the right candidate to be able to multi-task, priority plan and work to tight deadlines in a very demanding environment. Work accuracy and organisational skills are key.
Applicants must have a flexible attitude to hours and be able to cover annual leave and other periods of staff absence, as required, at Lincoln, Market Rasen & Gainsborough clinics.
